The scientific committee invites abstracts for paper/poster presentation for consideration and
inclusion into the scientific program
- Abstracts must be submitted in English through our conference website.
- Abstracts submitted must be in the field of Occupational Health.
- It should be within a word count of 350, in Times New Roman, font size 12.No images or
figures to be included in the abstract.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you when your submission has been received. Decision on
abstract selection shall be communicated by e-mail to the submitting author.Submission of a
proposal does NOT guarantee acceptance.
- The first name in each abstract should be that of the presenting author, whose name and
affiliations should not be mentioned in the title or text of the abstract.
- Abstracts must be original and must not have been published or presented at any other
meeting before OCCUCON 2025.
- Abstracts should be structured with Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, and
Conclusion
- For case presentations, discussion & conclusions should be included
- There are no limits on the number of submissions that can be submitted, however, each
individual can only present one presentation (either Oral or Poster presentation) and must
be the author or one of the co-authors of the presentation
- Please ensure that all information is accurate, no edits are permitted after submission
- The OCCUCON 2025 Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit all
submissions for grammar, spelling, abstract theme, and presentation type
- Conflicts of interest/disclosure: work submitted for presentation must include an
acknowledgment of funding sources of commercial nature
- Presenting authors must be registered participants of OCCUCON 2025
- The Committees will consider factors such as timeliness of the subject matter, overlap with
other topics/ sessions, and pertinence.
- Only the presenting author will be entitled to get a Certificate.
